2. Deposits

2.1 Standard Services

For standard individual makeup services, a deposit of 30% of the service price is required to secure your booking. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of the service.

2.2 Bridal Services

For bridal makeup services, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total service cost is required to secure your wedding date. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of the service.

2.3 Group Bookings

For group bookings of 3 or more persons, a deposit of 30% of the total service cost is required to secure your booking. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of the service.

2.4 Consultations and Trials

Bridal makeup trials and certain specialized consultations require full payment at the time of booking. The cost of a bridal trial may be credited toward your wedding day makeup if you proceed with booking our services for your wedding.

5. Changes to Booking Details

5.1 Adding Services

Additional services may be added to your booking, subject to artist availability and sufficient notice. Payment for additional services is due at the time they are added to your booking.

5.2 Reducing Services

If you need to reduce the number of services in your booking, the following policies apply:

For bridal bookings, reducing the number of wedding party members receiving services within 30 days of the wedding date does not reduce the total amount due, as we have reserved that time and potentially declined other bookings.

6. Service Dissatisfaction

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, please communicate your concerns to your makeup artist during the service so that adjustments can be made immediately.

If issues cannot be resolved during the appointment:

  1. Please notify us in writing within 24 hours of your service, including clear details of the issue and, where possible, photographs.
  2. We will review your concerns promptly and work with you to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include touch-ups, partial refunds, or service credits at our discretion.

Please note that makeup is subjective, and we cannot offer refunds based solely on stylistic preferences if the work performed was as agreed during consultation. Refunds for dissatisfaction will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

7. Cancellation by VizArt Visagiste

In the rare event that VizArt Visagiste needs to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, emergency, or adverse weather conditions:

For bridal services, we maintain relationships with trusted makeup artists who can provide backup coverage in emergencies. In the extremely unlikely event that we cannot provide service for your wedding and cannot arrange suitable backup, a full refund will be provided.

8. Force Majeure

VizArt Visagiste shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control. Such causes include, but are not limited to: power failure, internet service provider failure, natural disaster, government restrictions, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

Gift certificates are non-refundable but are transferable to another person. Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
